Nearside Productions will collect and process the personal data that you have provided to us about yourself when submitting your scripts and other documents as part of our ‘Flesh and Blood Stories Open Call Out’ for the following purposes:

Who is the Data Controller?
Nearside Productions Ltd is the “data controller” of your personal data. This means that the Nearside Productions decides what your personal data is used for and the ways in which it is processed. For the avoidance of doubt, your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes as set out in this privacy notice. Nearside Productions, as the date controller, has the responsibility to comply, and to demonstrate compliance with, UK data protection law.
